Personal Smoothie Challenge, Day Three!
Hey all! Since my last two smoothies seemed to look the same (thanks to the amazing purple properties of blueberries!), I decided to mix it up a bit today and make an orange-colored smoothie. I like to vary colors, in order to get different nutrients throughout the week. Today's smoothie is DELICIOUS and very thick, yet refreshing. Try it out! Here's what I used:
1 cup vanilla lowfat yogurt (organic) 1 cup frozen freestone peaches 1 cup frozen mango (organic) 1 banana
Blend til totally smooth--it may take a bit of time, and you may have to stop your blender to stir a few times--but it's worth it!
