Week Two Begins!
It's week two of my personal smoothie challenge! Today I made a smoothie from the Martha Stewart Whole Living Smoothie App on my iPad. I had to vary it a bit, due to what I had on hand:
1 cup lowfat organic plain yogurt 1 cup frozen organic strawberries 2 cups frozen organic mango 1 1/4 cups apple cider
