Friday's Smoothie

I'm very proud of myself for maintaining my personal smoothie challenge! Today's is another improv based on what I had in my fridge--and it is very yummy!

1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup apple cider
1 tablespoon ground flax seed

Blend and enjoy!

    have you ever tried using apple cider vinegar? I'm really trying to incorporate that in to my daily diet but am having a tough time finding ways to disguise the taste of it.
