Nov 5th Smoothie!

It's Saturday! (I love the weekend.) Today's smoothie was very subtle and delicious. Give it a try and enjoy!

1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup apple cider
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 banana



I'd also like to give a shout out to the Denton Juice Co! I really enjoyed my carrot, orange, and ginger juice that I got from them today at the Etsy Denton Handmade Harvest Craft Festival!
